Subject	has anyone had any wiring issues with their headlights?

Message	about 2 years ago i had a short where i had all 4 beams on but only half power so it was dim. rewired everything!! now the car has been sitting for a while for body and suspension work. Checked everything and came across a new issue. now the Passenger side low beam will stay on at all times even when changing from low to high.? Im kinda lost on this as i stink at wiring. Has anyone else had this issue and what does everyone think i should do to permanently fix it? Any clue how much a new bay harness runs? thanks for the advice guys ~matt~ ">
